Responsibilities:

Master's thesis research

Part of team working to integrate GIS into the lab sections of several forestry and natural resource undergraduate courses.


Current Projects:
Current: Development of vegetation map for Valley Forge National Park, using scanned and orthorectified CIR photography, according to the National Vegetation Classification. For this project, I am hoping to examine some of the latest digital stereoscopic software.

Previous: Worked on a similar vegetation map for the new Gorges State Park (in western NC), although more traditional air photo interpretation techniques were used.
